This privacy policy applies to MyShop Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Fountainhead Consulting ("we", "us", "Fountainhead"). We operate the website at thefountainhead.com.au and provide AI solutions, custom software, and operational platforms through agency partnerships.

- Contact details (name, email, phone) when you submit forms, apply to partner, or sign up for an account
- Agency and business information provided in partner applications and assessments
- Assessment responses (AI Readiness Assessment scores and answers)
Information collected by our tools
- Opportunity Scanner: We access publicly available website content via the URLs you provide. We analyse this content using AI to identify business opportunities. We do not access any private, password-protected, or internal systems.
- AI Readiness Assessment: Your responses and scores are used to generate your assessment report and may be used to follow up with relevant information.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web analytics (page views, referral source, device type)
- IP address and browser information when using our tools or signing agreements
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our services, tools, and assessments
- To respond to enquiries and partner applications
- To send follow-up communications about your assessment or scan results
- To manage partner accounts and portal access
- To fulfil our obligations under partner agreements
4. Opportunity Scanner: Data Handling
The Opportunity Scanner analyses publicly available website content. Here is how we handle this data:
- We only access public content. We fetch content that is available to any web browser. We do not attempt to access private areas, login-protected pages, databases, or internal systems.
- Website content is not stored permanently. Fetched website content is processed in memory during the scan and discarded after the analysis is generated. We do not build a database of website content.
- Scan results may be stored. The analysis output (business summary, identified opportunities) may be stored to provide you with scan history and to improve our service. This is the AI-generated analysis, not the raw website content.
- AI processing. Website content is sent to AI language models (Anthropic Claude) for analysis. Anthropic does not use API inputs for training. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
- Third-party content is the responsibility of the website owner. We do not claim any rights over the content of websites you scan. The analysis is provided for your internal business use only.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (application hosting)
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- Access to partner and admin systems is controlled by authenticated user accounts
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
6. Email Communications
When you provide your email through our tools (Scanner, AI Readiness, Partner Application), we may send you follow-up emails related to your submission. These are not marketing emails. They contain your results, relevant resources, and next steps. You can opt out by replying to any email with "unsubscribe".
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent for future communications
