For Marketing Agencies Serving SME Clients Across Australia

Add a New Revenue Lineto Your Agency.

AI solutions, custom platforms, and operational software for your clients. Designed, built, and deployed under your brand. New recurring revenue. Higher margins. A more valuable agency. Fountainhead is the development capacity you don't have in-house.

Three Things Keeping You from Building for Your Clients

1

You don't have an AI solutions engineer

Hiring an AI solutions engineer costs $250K-$320K/year. Even if you could find one, you can't justify the overhead unless every client needs AI work every month. Most agencies under 30 people can't make the numbers work.

2

SaaS tools aren't client-facing solutions

ChatGPT and Jasper are internal tools. You can't deploy them to your client's business with their branding, their data, their customer experience. There's a gap between "we use AI internally" and "we offer AI solutions to clients."

3

Freelancers and dev shops are a gamble

Every project is a new procurement cycle. No continuity between clients. The developer doesn't know your vertical. You end up project-managing a stranger through every decision. And when they move on, nobody maintains what they built.

What Fountainhead Actually Solves for Your Agency

Fountainhead isn't about AI features. It's about the six business problems that keep agency owners up at night.

Feast-famine revenue

Every deployed system bills monthly, indefinitely. Three deployments across your client book and you've added a predictable recurring revenue stream that doesn't depend on winning new projects.

One of Fountainhead's agency clients added $8K/month in recurring revenue from just two deployments. That's retainer-grade income from work the agency didn't need a developer for.

Commoditisation

Every agency offers SEO, social, and Google Ads. Custom-built operational platforms for your clients' businesses are not a commodity. They're a differentiator no competitor can match by buying the same SaaS subscription.

The agencies losing clients right now aren't losing on price. They're losing because a competitor offered something they couldn't build.

Founder-dependent sales

Your clients buy from your agency, not from Fountainhead. The partner model gives you a new service line your team can sell using the Playbook. No dependency on a single outside person.

The Playbook exists specifically so your account managers can identify and sell technology opportunities without needing the founder in every conversation.

Hiring risk

You don't hire. You don't manage. You don't carry the overhead when there's no development work. Fountainhead is build capacity on demand.

A senior developer costs $200K+ per year whether they're building or sitting idle. Fountainhead costs nothing until a client deal closes.

Scope creep on tech projects

Fixed-price. Three options on every proposal. The cost is agreed before the client says yes. No hourly billing, no open-ended scope, no invoice surprises.

Every Fountainhead engagement starts with a scoped quote. If the scope changes, the price changes before any work begins. No silent overruns.

Looking incompetent on technology

You don't need to understand how the technology works. You need to understand your client's problems. The Partner Playbook gives you the language, the opportunity map, and the selling framework.

The agencies winning these conversations aren't technical. They're the ones who can diagnose a client's problem and say "we can solve that." Fountainhead handles everything behind that sentence.

The Cost of “We're Looking Into It”

40-60% of B2B purchase processes end in no decision. Not because the buyer chose a competitor -- because they got stuck in indecision. That's the real risk.

40-60%
of B2B decisions end in "do nothing"

Your clients aren't choosing between you and a competitor. They're choosing between acting and not acting. The agency that makes the decision easy wins.

agencies in your market offering custom-built solutions

Most agencies offering "AI" are reselling ChatGPT or generic SaaS tools. Almost none can build a custom operational platform for a client's specific business. That gap is the opportunity.

production systems already built and running

Fountainhead has already shipped across hospitality, fintech, trades, and e-commerce. Your agency gets that experience applied to your clients -- without the learning curve or the build risk.

What Partnering with Fountainhead Actually Looks Like

A typical first deployment, week by week.

Week 1

Discovery and scope

You bring the client problem. Together we diagnose the opportunity -- what needs to be built, whether an existing system can be adapted, or whether it's a ground-up custom build. Most engagements involve custom work. You receive a wholesale quote and timeline.

Week 2-4

Design and build

Fountainhead designs and builds the solution for your client's business. Custom AI systems, integrations, apps -- whatever the scope requires. Your agency's branding goes on everything. Your client sees your name, not ours.

Week 4-6

Deploy and launch

Solution goes live. Your client starts using it. You handle the relationship and communication. Fountainhead handles any technical issues behind the scenes. Timelines vary -- simple deployments take 1-2 weeks, complex custom builds take 6-12.

Ongoing

Maintain and grow

You bill your client monthly. Fountainhead charges a flat infrastructure and maintenance fee. The margin is yours. Review the client book, identify the next opportunity, repeat.

Common Questions

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. Always. Fountainhead operates invisibly. Your client deals with your agency. I never contact your clients directly.

What's the commission structure?

You set your own pricing to the end-client. Fountainhead charges a wholesale deployment fee. The margin between what you charge and what I charge is yours. Most partners see 40-60%+ margins.

What about IP and confidentiality?

Client data stays in the client's environment. Deployment configurations are specific to each client. The underlying platform IP belongs to Fountainhead, but the deployment is yours to manage.

Is there exclusivity?

Not at Pilot or Partner tier. White-Label partners can negotiate geographic or vertical exclusivity.

What if a client comes to Fountainhead directly?

If they're your registered client, I route the lead to you. Deal registration protects your accounts for 180 days.

What if it doesn't work out?

Pilot tier is 90 days, one deployment, no ongoing commitment. Walk away if it doesn't fit. No penalties.
